HISTORY

Paul and Keith's partnership initially formed in 2000 to develop a radical new grandstand canopy roof in a joint venture between Arena Seating and Dundee University. The result of two years development was ARIES, probably the most advanced temporary deployable roof in the world.

tensARC Ltd was formed in 2002 to exploit the experience and specific knowledge of this team in order to promote the development of advanced deployable structures and commercially viable lightweight structural solutions.

Their aim was to form a company that would develop a reputation not only for high quality but also innovation and cost effective design. tensARC specialise in the design of lightweight deployable structures coupled with tensile fabric design. Areas of expertise currently include domestic shade canopies, deployable grandstands, deployable grandstand roofs and internal shade sails.

CLEARVIEW SEATING

Official launch of the Clearview seating system by the Arena Group. The result of 3 years of development between tensARC and Arena Seating has produced the world's first parabolic demountable seating system.
